Many of our upgraded Mesquite apartments also feature walk-in closets, ceiling fans, and granite countertops, creating a comfortable and modern living space.

Does The Lana have a dog park or other pet amenities?

The Lana offers on-site pet amenities, including pet relief areas. You may also enjoy nearby pet-friendly spaces like Barney Wood Bark Park.

Is The Lana pet-friendly?

Yes, The Lana is pet-friendly community and we love our four-legged residents. We welcome both dogs and cats, with a maximum of two pets per apartment home, in line with our community pet policy.

Does The Lana offer parking or garages?

The Lana offers open parking for residents, with reserved carports available for $25 per month and garages available for $75 per month, based on availability.
